Implementing Campaign Manager - External Integrations

Setting Up A PauseResumeCampaigns Job

Procedure

  1. In the Job entry name field enter a unique name for the single job.
  2. Enter the Server URL location in the Server URL field.
  3. In the API Token field provide a token in a aabbcc-ffgg-eegg-hhdd format.
  4. Click the Load button within Data Sources to populate the drop-down list with available data sources for your specified server that are accessible with your security token.

On selection of a value the datasource ID is populated in the Data Source ID field.

  1. Select the mode type.
    • Pause: Pauses active campaigns.
      • Disable datasource after pausing: If this check box is selected the datasource is disabled after pausing the campaign, so that no new campaigns can be started. Note that running campaigns should be paused before disabling to avoid errors.
      • Wait time when pausing: The amount of minutes this step will wait for campaigns to become paused before continuing. Set to 0 to continue immediately.
    • Resume: Choose to resume paused campaigns in the same job. This will only re-start campaigns that were paused by above step.
      • Enable datasource before: If this check box is selected, the datasource is enabled before resuming the campaign, so that new campaigns can be started.
